Advantages and disadvantages of social networking sites

Social networking is the process of finding friends and of managing friendships through the internet. Social networking sites is a web based services that allow individuals to create profile what you like.

This first advantage of social networking sites is people can using this social networking sites to keep in touch with friends.Users can used facebook ,friendster and myspace as a channel that can help us maintain relationship with friends either who are in others country or same country.You can do what you can and get connected with these people to form a web of connections that can give you leverage if you play your cards right.These connections are definitely valuable in the long run.

Second advantage of social networking sites are convenience.For example,we can use facebook in a convinient way such as used handphone to sign in facebook that can help us update the status easily.We can share any feeling or information in facebook.For people who are shy or lack of communication skill ,they can atually using facebook or friedster to get more and more friends.In this context, they can improve their social skill and learn to be a confidence person.

Although social network has its advantages, there are disadvantages as well. One of the main disadvantages is the user may used fake identity in social network.There are some people who always in search of a fake identity.They may use your identity for different type of illegal activities,which may cause you problems in future or spoil you image.

The using of short form that could be considered disadvantage.Many people used unproper language when their chatted with his/her friends.That will affect student didn't use proper spelling and grammer in their exam.Actually this case will indirectly influence to our friends.
Without social networking sites,this kind of problem would not be happened.

In conclusion,social networking bring a lot of convinient and advantages to us but it also bring a lot of problem to our life.
